Fees and Insurance
I charge up to $125 for a 50-minute counseling session and provide a sliding scale fee schedule based on income. I also give a discount for daytime appointments. Payment is due by cash or check at the time of each session.
I accept insurance from TriCare, TriCare for Life, and TriWest (Counseling for active duty or retired military personnel/soldiers in the military health system), AETNA, and HUMANA, Guardian, and LifeSynch Insurance through CorpHealth.
For out-of-network providers and PPO’s, I give clients a statement they can submit to insurance companies for reimbursement due under their policy.
